Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Nichasie Miller Affiliate Program. By signing up you agree to these terms in full.

Eligibility

The affiliate program is open to anyone aged 18 or over. There is no approval process — signup is open. Nichasie Miller reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms.

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 20% commission on every completed sale referred through their unique affiliate link:

• Her Wealth Blueprint ($47) — $9.40 per sale
• Her Career Blueprint ($47) — $9.40 per sale
• Her Business Blueprint ($47) — $9.40 per sale
• Green Marketing Audit ($497) — $99.40 per sale

Commission is calculated on the net sale price after any applicable refunds. Commissions are not earned on sales that are subsequently refunded within the 30-day refund window.

Tracking and Attribution

Sales are tracked via unique affiliate links. A sale is attributed to an affiliate when a customer clicks their link and completes a purchase within 30 days of that click. Only one affiliate can be credited per sale — the most recent click attribution applies.

Payment Terms

• Commissions are calculated on the 1st of each calendar month for all confirmed sales in the prior month
• Payment is made within 5 business days of calculation
• There is no minimum payout threshold
• Affiliates are responsible for any taxes due on commission income in their jurisdiction

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may promote products through any legitimate channel including social media, newsletters, blogs, and websites. The following are prohibited:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Misleading or false claims about products
• Bidding on "Nichasie Miller" or related brand terms in paid search advertising
• Cookie stuffing or any artificial click generation
• Self-referral — affiliates may not purchase through their own links

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotional content in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Nichasie Miller may terminate an affiliate account immediately for violation of these terms or fraudulent activity. Earned commissions accrued prior to termination will be paid in the normal payment cycle.

Modifications

Nichasie Miller may modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued participation after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
